Strawberry Elderflower Mimosa

Ingredients

• 3 oz Prosecco
• 2 oz orange juice
• ½ oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 tbsp strawberry puree

Instructions

1. Pour the strawberry puree and elderflower liqueur into a champagne flute.
2. Add the orange juice.
3. Top with chilled Prosecco and stir gently to combine.
