
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
- ½ oz melon liqueur (optional, for a green tint)
- Ice
- Garnish: mint sprig and lime wheel
Instructions:
- In a shaker, gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup.
- Add gin, lemon juice, melon liqueur (optional), and ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
