
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur or cranberry juice
- Sparkling wine
- Lemon twist or raspberry for garnish
Directions
- Add gin, lemon juice, and raspberry liqueur to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to chill.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish and serve.
