
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon (or vodka)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz peach purée or muddled ripe peach
- 4 basil leaves
- Splash of soda water
Instructions
- Muddle basil with peach purée in a shaker.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a peach slice.
