Peach Basil Smash


  • 2 oz bourbon (or vodka)
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz peach purée or muddled ripe peach
  • 4 basil leaves
  • Splash of soda water
  1. Muddle basil with peach purée in a shaker.
  2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a peach slice.
