Paper Plane

Ingredients

• ¾ oz Italian bitter aperitif
• ¾ oz bourbon
• ¾ oz amaro
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ice

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add aperitif, bourbon, amaro, and lemon juice.
3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled
4. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
