
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz pure maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Ice
- Optional: cinnamon stick garnish
Instructions
- In a rocks glass, stir together bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters.
- Add a large ice cube (or a few smaller ones) and stir until chilled.
- Express an orange peel over the top to release the oils, then drop it in.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick or cherry if you like a little extra flair.
