Dry Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz bitter aperitif (like Campari)
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• Orange peel

Directions

1. Add gin, aperitif, and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
4. Express orange peel over glass and garnish.
