Bourbon Peaches


Warm bourbon peaches served over a scoop of melting vanilla ice cream in a white bowl, topped with cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  • 4 peaches, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add peaches and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, bourbon, and cinnamon.
  4. Simmer until peaches are tender and sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Serve warm on their own or over vanilla ice cream.
