Bourbon Burger Sauce


A juicy grilled cheeseburger topped with bourbon burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a toasted bun, served alongside a small bowl of creamy bourbon sauce.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
