Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• Lemon twist
• Blue sugar for rim, optional

Instructions

1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
5. Add a blue sugar rim for an A&T-inspired blue & gold finish.
