
Ingredients
- 2 oz aged rum
- ¼ oz pineapple juice
- ¼ oz demerara simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Orange peel & small pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled.
- Strain over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with the orange peel and pineapple wedge.
