Tropical Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz aged rum
• ¼ oz pineapple juice
• ¼ oz demerara simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Orange peel & small pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until chilled.
3. Strain over a large ice cube.
4. Garnish with the orange peel and pineapple wedge.
