Blood Orange Mimosa


Champagne flute filled with blood orange mimosa recipe from Greensboro ABC

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz blood orange juice
  • ½ oz orange aperitif (like Aperol)

Instructions

  1. Add the orange aperitif to a champagne flute.
  2. Add the fresh blood orange juice.
  3. Top with chilled Prosecco and stir gently.
