Grapefruit Gin & Tonic


Grapefruit rosemary spritz in a wine glass recipe from Greensboro ABC

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3 oz tonic water
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup (optional)
  • Grapefruit wedge or rosemary sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the gin and grapefruit juice.
  3. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  4. Add simple syrup if you prefer a slightly sweeter finish.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or rosemary sprig.
