Carrot Cake Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz half-and-half
  • Crushed graham crackers mixed with a pinch of cinnamon (for rim)
  • Ground cinnamon or freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim a martini glass with crushed graham crackers mixed with a pinch of cinnamon.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, and half-and-half.
  4. Shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Lightly sprinkle with ground cinnamon or freshly grated nutmeg before serving.
