Bloody Blackberry Spritz


  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz blackberry purée (or muddled blackberries)
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz prosecco (or club soda for lighter fizz)
  • Ice
  • Blackberries and lemon wheel for garnish
  1. In a shaker, combine vodka, blackberry purée, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Shake with ice until chilled.
  3. Strain into a stemmed glass with ice.
  4. Top with prosecco and gently stir.
  5. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon wheel.
