
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- ½ oz brown sugar syrup (1:1 brown sugar + hot water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Smoked cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions
- Add bourbon, coffee liqueur, brown sugar syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a smoked cinnamon stick (light it briefly, blow it out, and let the smoke curl around the glass).
