Apple Cider Bourbon Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 2 oz fresh apple cider
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz maple syrup (or honey)
• 2 oz ginger beer (to top)
• Apple slices & cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

1. Shake bourbon, cider, lemon juice, and maple syrup with ice.
2. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with ginger beer.
4. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
